Volusia County African American Leadership Council

The mission of VCAALC is to unite various African American organizations across the county to enhance our community through educational, economic, political, and cultural empowerment. We will act as bridge between the African American community by fostering collaboration and partnerships with the larger communities, private businesses, local, state and federal agencies, and elected officials.
